Educational Change and Challenges in Poland and the Czech Republic after 1989

Authors of the book analyze the educational changes that have been happening in Poland and the Czech Republic in detail. They relate their analysis to contemporary, which is the background, the source and context of those changes. The contemporaneity, with the collapse of communism, the marketisation of economy and the transformation of axio-normative systems seem to be the leitmotiv of each chapter, expressed in the title of the book: "after 1989"
